Grants of Website Development, Social Media Strategy &
Digital Marketing Expertise

Every year, the Franklin Legacy Fund identifies non-profits that would benefit from the services of it's Digital Media Manager, Maren Elwood.  These grants include the development of engaging websites; the integration of a robust social media landscape; and the designing of online marketing plans from which to support their vision and mission goals.  These grants include the following various types of digital expertise.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT:  We work with our non-profits to ensure their website is designed to appeal across many screen platforms and is optimized for mobile use.  The website development process takes between 6 to 12 months and includes domain acquisition, hosting selection and development, SEO and Google dashboard implementation.

DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING:  After website and social media assets are fully developed and integrated, we work with our non-profits to design an annual digital media marketing plan.  This plan is designed to meet annual fundraising goals and overall communication strategy for each organization.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:  We consult with our non-profits to decide which social media channels are a fit for their vision and mission.  Then, we use Google tools to design a social media landscape from which to communicate with key stakeholder groups.

DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANUAL:  At the end of our digital consulting, we provide each non-profit with training to manage their own website and social media marketing plan.  An operations manual is developed to make this process easy to manage.

Restorative Justice Partners Inc. (RJP), our second Sustainability Recipient (Jan. 2017), brings victims, offenders, families and other key stakeholders together in a process to help offenders understand the implications of their actions and provide the victim a voice in the restitution. In a restorative justice process, the person who has done harm takes responsibility for their actions and the person who has been harmed can take a central role in the process.

SpectorDance is a unique organization, as the repertoire is aesthetically beautiful as well as meaningful and a unique forum for social and historical commentary. The school is an experience I wish every child could have.
